Reasons for processing personal data
These personal data must be processed in order to create an offer of services, to negotiate this offer, or to answer your question. This processing is allowed under Art. 6 par. 1 subpar. b) of the Regulation. These data will be processed by TechMontec s.r.o., Holečkova 418, Strakonice 386 01, C 32674 vedená u Krajského soudu v Českých Budějovicích, IČO 17752051 throughout negotiations and the conclusion of a contract between you and TechMontec s.r.o., Holečkova 418, Strakonice 386 01, C 32674 vedená u Krajského soudu v Českých Budějovicích, IČO 17752051, DIČ: CZ17752051, for no longer than 1 year from when your request was made, unless you give your consent to further processing.
Personal data controller
Personal data are processed by Controller TechMontec s.r.o., Holečkova 418, Strakonice 386 01, C 32674 vedená u Krajského soudu v Českých Budějovicích, IČO 17752051, DIČ: CZ17752051. However, other processors such as providers of processing software, services and applications may also process the data for the Controller, although the company is currently not using these.
